My love of photography started as a little girl when my dad used to give me his camera and let me snap away, sharing with me his passion of capturing moments in time, families at play, the beauty around us. I remember him in his make shift studio in a corner of the basement in complete darkness processing rolls & rolls of film. I can visualize the negatives hanging from a line, the overpowering smell of the trays of chemicals and the big sign on the basement door warning us NOT to enter while he developed his prints. He would be very impressed with my camera now! and that I continue to happily snap away capturing moments in time, families at play, the beauty around me. I know that with my best pictures & my tiniest of struggles...he is with me.
